30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
How to Start a Return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with:

❗ Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Conditions

All approved returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Asia

A £15 administration fee per item will be deducted from your refund

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused and with tags, where applicable)
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@gracelilyboutique.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Where an item is faulty or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

Request a return for the original item

Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will process your refund within 2–4 working days

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

Refunds usually appear in your account within 3–5 working days

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Due to our fast processing and fulfilment system, orders are prepared for shipment shortly after being placed and cannot be modified or cancelled after this 24-hour period.
If the cancellation window has passed, you will need to wait for delivery and follow our standard return procedure should you wish to return the item.
This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory right to cancel under UK consumer law where applicable.
