Placing an Order

On the “Shipping” page, you will have the opportunity to review your entered address details. It is also noted that every shipment is completely free of charge. As a token of our appreciation to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Once an order has been shipped, we provide tracking information so customers can follow the delivery progress. If the carrier confirms that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and completed. From that moment, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
